My background in internal comms, marketing, communication, consultancy and education means I am well-placed to be a second pair of eyes on your strategy and a second pair of hands to help you make it happen.
Lots of people are worried about sharing their problems with people they work with. Having someone like me – someone independent and external – can feel safer for your team members, allowing them to open up more easily and start overcoming their own challenges.
When people come up with answers to work problems for themselves, they feel greater ownership of the solution than when someone tells them what to do. Facilitated group problem solving discussions give them the time and space to do just that.
As a new client, you’ll get a free consultation plus a reduced-cost trial session to see how effective my work can be.
Here’s what we can do together:
£200 for half day, £400 for full day + travel expenses
I spend a half or full day in your organisation with an ‘open door’ approach. Any team member can book a 45-minute, 1:1 coaching session with me for that day. They can book directly, making it easier for you to manage and more anonymous for them.
During the day, when I’m not working directly with your team, I’ll be working with you to build out your wellbeing and development strategy, using my experience in internal comms, education and consultancy.
You can also use some of my time to have a Group Problem Solving session (see below), if you’d like.
My role is as your right-hand human: a colleague to help with your workload and an external and independent mentor to your team.

I spend 90 minutes in your organisation facilitating a group discussion to solve a problem. Any team member can attend if you have a problem that affects the organisation, or I can work with a specific team and their specific problem.
Group discussions work because when people devise answers for themselves, they feel greater ownership of the answer and it’s more likely to be implemented (compared to when someone tells them what to do).
My role is an independent, external facilitator who brings in industry experience and soft skills to support your team members in finding answers to their own problems.
Problems might include: mental wellbeing; learning and development; team building; internal comms; confidence and self-esteem; soft skills.
