Eleanor Snare is a creativity consultant, art school educator, writer and speaker.
Through their work, Eleanor has supported hundreds of people in reconnecting to their innate creativity, resulting in more imaginative, meaningful and profitable work.
As an independent consultant and coach, Eleanor works with businesses and individuals to provide enthusiasm, clarity and countless creative ideas for their projects. By strengthening the connection to the ‘hidden artist’ of individuals and workplaces, Eleanor is able to re-energise the love people have for their work. The result is clients who feel realigned with their original vision, beam and fizz with positive energy, and dramatically increase their business’ profitability and creative productivity.
A love of learning led Eleanor to become an art school educator, and they currently teach on undergraduate courses, and supervise on the MA Creative Practice, at Leeds Arts University. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, with an inclusive, interactive, fun approach to teaching, Eleanor has positively affected hundreds of students learning about branding, marketing, communication and employability. Nominated for a Partnership Award for Innovation in 2016, Eleanor has been pivotal in establishing the success of two new undergraduate courses, with students graduating to roles at WGSN, Anthropologie, YOOX NET A PORTER, John Lewis and more.
Since 2011 Eleanor has been writing and speaking persuasively about the power of creativity and the importance of human connection. Through their blog, newsletter and Rising Soul mail membership, Eleanor shares an honest, thought-provoking and inspiring view on how to connect to the artist within. Eleanor has spoken as a keynote, panellist and visiting professional, receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback, opening up conversations about mental health in the creative industries, and even bringing people to tears. In a good way.
